My Career Goals
Short Term Goal
My short term goal is I would like to be a Graduate Field Engineer in an oil and gas industry. I will be graduated soon (early of July 2012). To be a graduate field engineer, I need to have at least Bachelor of Degree in engineering and possess good critical thinking. I love to take challenges that will allowed me to get a very good experience and have a very good technical knowledge. I wish I could achieved my short term goal soon.
Long Term Goal
My long term goal is about 16 years from now. I wish to be an experience General Operation Manager. This position will allowed me to to have a very good leadership in engineering management as well as in technical skills. I love this position because it is part of my dream. To work in oil and gas industry, we need a strongly mindset, spirit and set a goal. It is extremely challenging and we need to have a good effort towards succeed. I wish I could achieved this goal in my future.
