1) Mini report
Serasi is a program for crate bond among unity member. it is on held on 20 february 2020 at Gunung arong, Mersing, Johor. beside this program also for increase the stamina for the member, so i of the activity is go hiking. it started after we gathered at Kolej Rahman Putra, so we sleep there. the next morning all of the member were riding bus to mersing. there was a heavy rain, we thought we have to extend the time but luckily after we arrive the rain stop. Then we buid our tent to put all the stuff we bring that the hiking started. it was exhausting and a bit regret, but the view is so eye catching and in a split second the regret we gone. the mountain is beside the sea, it was very calm and windy. after taking picture, we hike down and went to the camp site. unfortunately, after arrive at the campsite some of the food were taken from the monkey. so we cook and shared the food. then we were rest and play a lot.
2) Self reflection
this program is my first experience being a director. i putting hiking of one of the experience because i like to hike and it is adventure activity. it has a lot of moral we can learn from hiking. for example, backing up for those tired before reach the peak, bring some water not just enough for myself but for other too incase there is emergency happen, always care for all and make sure everyone reach the peak safely. in stealing food, it was my mistake for not make sure everyone put their food in the bag safely, cause they bring all the food in plastic that is an easy target for the monkey to still. then i share my skill on building the tent and how to tied a rope, and some hiking knowledge that i have with the. this experience teach me a lot, and there is a lot thing that i have to improve myself cause there is a lot of thing that i have to consider to make a program success.
