1) MINI REPORT
This event was held on sixth of march at 8 p.m. All the preparation was started far ahead from the event date, in that time i mean about 7 month to make sure all thing follow according through the plan. So in this event i can said that we all as crew went through some up and down situation, but alhamdulillah we handle it quite well.
As on the event, from the participant perspective they might be see just a little flaw, but god knows how we struggle to make it look perfect. Forget to mention about this run theme, so basically we were doing some charity event for existence animal. We show it quite well by use paper cup when celebrate the participant at finish line to avoid plastic use. Plus, we also design the shirt with deer and rhino as it could be choose from participant. Entertain the people is also important so give shark puppet man and some lucky draw.
To conclude this, we learn a lot from this experience such as handling with people, negotiate with supplier and sponsor, attract the public to join the event and much more. As mention before, we held this event at night. This decision was decided by considering about the public because the always want join but their only free time is night. Moreover, this event teach us about working each other as we are all family.
2) SELF REFLECTION
At first, joining this event was not my passion, but it was worth it because i gain a lot from this experience. I was assign to be gift crew with two other girl that i barely knew. By this event, i expending my friend circle, knowing more unknown people with different skill profession. It is not bad though cause i just know someone that had more experience that i can refer them about more things in future. Moreover, i learn how to work in group, how to handling team member and also how to solving problem. i also glad with my circle cause they also help me a lot as i am so new on this role. Personally, i feel a bit horrible because some of the problem came from my weakness, but all the crew help me cover it up with an open heart. when it come to our part which is gift we take control and we also not forget to update the director about our progress. It is definitely not a bad experience, meanwhile it so much worth for my experience skill.
