Mini Report
- Carnival Persatuan, Kelab dan Badan Beruniform is an event that involve all undergraduate student in UTM. This event was held to help all club and organization in UTM to promote their club or organization to new intake student and UTM student that want to join extra-curriculum activities in UTM. I as a member of Jazari Innovation Club join this event to introduce our club to all student in UTM that interested in making new innovation and also in robotics. The graduate attribute that focused in this activity are communication skill and leadership and teamworking skill. That is because we must use the correct ways when we want to communicate to people to join our club. Other than that, before we join this event, we must make a plan among club member on how we want to approaches other student. This involve leadership and teamworking skill because of course we can to this alone. Teamworking is compulsory when we join a club.
Self-Reflection
- The impact of this activities on the development of graduate attribute to me is I can become more confident went I want to communicate to other people. That is because during this event I can met with many different people from new student to seniors and also lecturer. When we want to communicate to different people we must use different ways to talk to them that suitable to approaches them. I also improve myself on how to work on group. I learn on how to discuss about an idea because each member has his own idea. We must learn to accept other person idea if it is the best option. The challenge in this event is first is it was held during class hour. So each one must attend his class and also help to take care the booth. We must cooperate between team member to make this event successful.
