For this program, I am responsible to be the usher for the VIP. I had to escort them from their car to the stage. So, I need to always standby when they need anything so they will not have to wait or find someone that can help them. The exco for this program also very nice as they guide me from a to z about the flow of the program so, I will not have to wondering about what to do next.
Self Reflection
Based on the activity program that I had joined. I had learned so many things. First of all, I learned how to communicate professionally with the higher-ups as I am responsible to guide them during the program. And when there is any problem I know how to handle it faster and it can be my reference in the future if there is any same problem occur.
