ARIFFA ILYANA BINTI ZAINOL ABIDIN's Reflection /
REFLECTION on ENTREPRENEURSHIP

To me the subject of UHAK1032 Entrepreneurship is great for practicing among students. This is because, as a student, I learned how to start a business. In this subject, we are asked to create a team of four team members to complete the assigned task of starting a business and meeting the goals provided by the lecturers. For this Entrepreneurship subject we decided to sell Brownies around UTM and our target market are UTM students, lecturers and staff. As I study this subject, I can add new knowledge including how to market a product for sale to attract customers. For example, we learned how to take pictures of products sold correctly. Taking pictures of the product in the right corner can attract the attention of the people who see it. I also learned how to start an online business through an e-commerce channel run by the Companies Commission of Malaysia. Here, I learned how to manage an online company using the right channels. We also easily record our profit and sales on the e-commerce website. I also learned how to market our products on 'Facebook' and 'Instagram' pages.

In my opinion, once we finish this task, we know that to be a good entrepreneur. we need to be more confident in what we have done or in this area of entrepreneurship. In addition, we can also share good examples with others about how to be good entrepreneurs based on our business examples. Although we do not have a large capital, we can do business by becoming an 'agent' or a 'dropshipper' for a product sold in the market. Most successful entrepreneurs start small businesses. This proves the importance of applying and practicing the qualities and characteristics that every entrepreneur should have, both old and new. It is very important to ensure the success of any business undertaken by every entrepreneur in the country.
