Benkel kesediaan Kerjava - personaliti is a program that runs for 15 sessions, twice a week, organized by UTM Career Centre. After completing the survey specified by the workshop, I was one of the lucky person that was chosen to participate in this workshop.
This workshop is focused on improving the personalities in term of communication skills, thinking skills, leadership and teamworking skills, adaptability as well as enterprising skills. There are lots of activities which requires participants to be in different teams. One of the activities that reflect in my mine is creating and promoting product made of cardboard. Each of the team was given a few pieces of cardboard, and need to come out with a product and promote it to another team. Our team designed a dishwasher machine and succeded to promote it in front of all. It was a great experience working with that team, although everyone is a stranger to one another.
The workshop runs for two months, with different activities for every session. All the sessions were successful carried by the person-in-charge, Pn Nik.
