WEBINAR: Opportunities and strategies in Crisis
After watching the talk given from Captain Cyrano in Opportunities and Strategies in crisis, i learn that the crashed that happened on the night due to bad weather at Taiwan Chiang Kai-Shek airport in 31st October. The incident was confirmed by the SIA that the cross wind at that time was more than 15 knots. Captain Cyrano was the pilot for that airplane, he faced an unexpected event which are being threatened and harm his life. He was label as a murder by the family's passenger. All the media especially in Taiwan target him. The incident also give a big impact in his daily life which is he was terminated from his work.
After about 10 years, he manages to overcome his black history and make a comeback to continue fly again. i also learnt that, during his traumatic accident, family members is a big supporter in our life. Even thought, friends and stranger are his big supporter. he share his strategies to overcome the traumatic event which are choose a right channel, focus on solution and showed goodwill. from what he shared, for us to overcome the trauma we must build up ourselves again, being confidence, find and have a good network around us and always keep in touch with our family members.
lastly, it was a great experience that i got from the talk given by Captain Cyrano. we have to come out with systems and get each opportunity that we have during the consequence occasion to return us progressing nicely.
