Mini Report : Millenial Entrepreneurship Festival (MEF) 2021 is a webinar event held by The Division of Economics and Entrepreneurship of the International Student Society - Indonesia Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) held a webinar "Millenial Entrepreneurs Festival", Saturday (22/5). The webinar carries the theme "How Business Act as an Agent of Change". MEFEST 2021 attended by great speakers such as Julio Halim (Founder of Komunitas Bisa Ekspor), Keke Genio (Co-founder of Lokapoin), Keenan Pierce (Founder of Makna Creative), and Hafiz Pratama (Founder of Cuanderful).
Reflection : In this event, i was given the chance to become the Steering Committee of this webinar event, This is the first webinar event held by The Division of Economics and Entrepreneurship of the International Student Society - Indonesia Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), and at the time i was also in charge as the Head of Department. what I feel is a sense of emotion, joy, and pride towards this event and to all my partners who had successfully execute the program. We had plan this for months and all preparation including the road to MEFEST, it is like pre-event of MEFEST, where there is a competition Business Model Canvas (BMC). It was outsanding memorable experience i could not forget, eventhough we did it online, it is still great to be part of the event.

Mini Report : Investment Talk is a Talkshow that was held on 11 September 2021 via online Zoom Meeting. The theme of this talkshow is about "Investing your money for a better tomorrow". The Investment Talk talk show was attended by approximately 169 participants, which is open to the public, including high school students, university students, and workers. This talkshow invited two experienced speakers as investors and financial planners, namely Doddy Prayogo, S.T., M.T., M.Sc., Ph.D., owner of Youtube "Doddy Bicara Investasi" and Muhammad Fadhil Habibie, B.Acc (Hons). The talkshow was closed with a quiz session on the Investment Talk and Post-Test on the topics presented by the speakers during the Investment Talk Talkshow and a photo session with all participants in this event.
Reflection : I was the steering committee of the talkshow, where i was in charge and responsible of the talkshow event. All of the activities is under my watch. During my time as the steering committee, i gained many experiences and i am so grateful to be part of the committee. It was also an honour to be work at an event collaborate with HIMADM UI, an organization from Universitas Indonesia. the preparation not went smoothly, we faced many problems during that time, but we executed it well and the hybrid talkshow concept was paid off. It was an unforgettable experience for me.

Mini Report : International Student Society (ISS) of Indonesia at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) Johor Bahru, had held an event for the 2020/2021 board members. This event is an inauguration program to commemorate the new board members of ISS Indonesia as well as to objectify mediation between the committee and all the participants that were present. The event was held through Zoom Cloud Meetings application and was witnessed by ISSS Indonesia’s Advisor and Supervisor, the Coordinator of ISS Indonesia in Malaysia, other International Student Societies of UTM, branches of ISS Indonesia in Malaysia, Director of the Global Education and Experience UTM International, Consulate General of the Republic of Indonesia, and all ISS Indonesia members.
Reflection: I was chosen to be the Head of Department Economics and Entrepreneurship C. And at that time I and my colleagues were officially appointed as the new board members of ISS Indonesia period 2020/2021. During the preparation before the event held, we have met and gathered in online zoom meeting and discuss our readiness to be appointed. Even after we prepared well, it still we felt a mixed-feeling at that moment. I am grateful that the event went smoothly and that we were official inaugurated as the board member of ISS Indonesia. The experience of working for a year makes me happy but also feel responsible itself, because we have job to be done and reputation that we need to keep.

IOT open day Speaker 2, Mr. M Nazrul Hazri was explained about internet 2.0 (Transaction based networking). Internet 2.0 or Web 2.0 is the name for the second generation of the World Wide Web. This generation use interactive web for user to experience new dynamic content. Web 2.0 is focused on emphasizing on social networking including social media, blogging, and web based communities.
In this talk he likely to explain about blockchain. So, blockchain is peer to peer Invention. It is like backbone of the internet. The tech community is now finding potential uses for the technology by making this blockchain. In any case, it is most fundamental dimension in database in dimensional stepping. There are 3 levels of blockchain which is:
- Blockchain 1.0: People transacting with people
- Blockchain 2.0: Enterprises transacting with enterprises
- Blockchain 3.0: Things transacting with everything
Here is a blockchain strength and weakness.

Reflection
After attending IOT open day and listened to the talk which was given by the speaker beside of our knowledge and Implementation of computer science, we also have to Improve our soft skills such as communication skill, leadership skill, scholarship skill, and our critical thinking skill. The speaker said, in this present era. It is hard to find employers that have an ability to think solve complex problems and have good soft skills. Nowadays, it is important to have a good attitude more than knowledge or an academic result that they get in their school. However as a student, it is our responsibility to balance the two aspect between knowledge and soft skill in order for being a potential worker in the future.
