This is my first time in charge as AJK Tugas-tugas khas (special task) in a program. Through this chance, i had more understand the duty of the special task committee member. this is a quite interesting and memorable experience. Every week, we did the meeting for point out the problems we met and discuss the ways to solve it. Active listening skills can help a team to understand and trust each other. Although it may be important to take time to gather information to ensure that the decision is right, there may come a time when any decision is better than none. I understand that communication between committee member is very important to avoid any misunderstand to make the process in good condition. it will also avoid quarrel between committee member. Team working skill is important too. All the committee take the duty and help each other to complete the work as soon as possible. In games, group members cooperate to win the games.
