Reflection – SADAM Interview/Questionnaires
On last class of SADAM, Dr. Hawaniah construct a class where we have to discuss in our group in short period of time of what we should ask and what we should answer as interviewer and interviewee. A session would be conducted at the end of the class as an example of interview session between the groups. The main topic for the session is Online Salary Payment System.
The key things we got in creating the interview questions are:
- The requirement
- Target users
- Functionality that they want
- How each user accesses the system
- Security and privacy also the company policy
- Problems and solutions
- Documentation including slips, records and reports
- Management wise such as OT, bonuses and payments
- Notification
- Updates and maintenance of the system
- Interface demanded
Through out the demo interview session, we learnt that better language using and confidence is one of the most important. Eye contact is important and be able to gain much point with the questions asked Team works such as one of the members must jot down the points stated by the interviewee as one of the team members are asking the questions. In questionaires, we must put down several questions that are almost similar to each other to confirms what the users really wanted. We also must include several types of answering methods in our questionaires such as a yes/no, objectives and also subjectives. I’d really like to thank Dr. Hawaniah that thought us how to really conduct an efficient interview session and also in making an interesting questionaires that will help us in gaining the requirements demanded by the company.
