Tendering Process

1. Notice of pre-qualifications of tender in newspapers or websites
2. Invitation/Open to tender by Clients & Consultants
3. Provision of brief and initial answering of questions by Contractors
4. Initial meeting and compulsory site visit/walk
5. Procurement of tender documents (Vol I and Vol II)
6. Send out request for quotations to subcontractors
7. Fill in tender documents (hardcopy)
8. Submit tender before closing date
9. Bidding of tender by Contractors
10. Evaluation process by Clients & Consultants
11. Selections of Contractors
12. Contract award by Clients & Consultants
