In this post, a reflection video is displayed about my internship journey in Datalytica Sdn Bhd.

During this semester I was lucky to be involved in my final year project (PSM1) project. I started with high hopes and tried my best to develop an idea that would help other UTM students, which is OCAAS: UTM Online Chatbot Ask & Answer System.
As a reflection, I would like to say that I learned many new things and it was fun and challenging to be involved in such a big project. I learned about problem-solving and how to ideate a unique solution to solve a specific problem and I learned also about critical thinking. Time management was my major challenge, especially with such a heavy semester.
Finally, I would like to thank my family for all the support, and I would also like to thank my supervisor Dr. Siti Zaiton for all the help and guidance during this project.

I can say that participating in this project was very funny due to its real effect on my real life. Not along time after finishing this project I did actually helped one of my friends building his PC from scratch to a fully working machine with no problems at all. that project is one of the projects that I love to join to gain experience in the hardware field. In this task, I did understand more about PC components and improved my knowledge about hardware in new PC's that can be found in the market nowadays.
In reflection, this project helped me improving my skills in many aspects such as, cooperation between the group members, accepting new ideas, leadershipment, and so on. Another thing that I can add that this task is very important for all the people to learn about due to its importance and usability these days. Cloud computing nowadays is one of the biggest industries in technology field. So, for this reason we need to enhance our knowledge about cloud computing services as much as we possible.
As a university student, I did find this talk very important for me due to its major relation to real-life experience. Actually, Dr. Johanna attempted and succeeded to link graduated university students with newbies in a professional manner in all aspects. The talk included any information that I needed to know and this is a great strength point involved in the talk, and I didn’t seem to see any weak points there. This talk motivated me to try my best to be very successful in my career.
The developing technologies and new ideas in this field are what motivates me to keep up the good work trying to make our life as humans easier and more efficient. This talk helped me understand the importance of tech in our life in the present and surely in the future. Finally, I would like to thank my teammates for being very helpful and trying to make whatever they can to finish on time with a high-quality work.
For me, I admired how I and my team was ready to finish this project in these circumstances. it was a bit exhausting to communicate using typing, phone calls, and online meetings, this experience developed me a great deal, once it comes to team-work and acts with my teammates. we tend to try our best to return with a clever plan and to be skilled the maximum amount as we can. I think this course will help me achieve my dream to be a remarkable Software Engineer. Actually, this project is very important to know more about, because it was about design thinking which is something we need to use usually as a computer science student to achieve the best result in all the fields related to us. More than that, the steps of design thinking play a major role to reach what you need to implement. This group project enhanced my abilities such as dedication, leadership, planning, time management, and I am sure that I will learn and develop my skills more during this course. Finally, I wanted to thank Dr. Goh for being very responsive and clear about what can we achieve from doing this project in a group, also I enjoyed working with my teammates they did provide a creative idea and showed a real dedication towards completing this project.
In fact, I loved how me and my group was able to finish this project in these circumstances. It was a bit hard to communicate just using typing or phone calls, this experience developed me a lot when it comes to team-work and communicating with my team mates. We tried our best to reach many people to fill our survey to gave us the data we need to work with.
Before, I didn’t know how data analysis is very important in our life, but after this project I realized that we need to learn how to work with data and how can we get the most benefit out of it. I also developed a new skill like, R language coding it was very hard for me at the beginning but after practice and a lot of courses I was able to understand it, another skill was presenting the data we gathered, I was one of the presenters in the video. Actually, it was very hard to talk to camera and try to define everything you got, but I was able to do it. There were some skills that I already got and this project improved it for me like, leadership, taking decisions, planning, organization, and dedication.
Finally, I can say that I enjoyed doing this project in a group, it developed me much more than I imagined it will do.
