Reflection:
The objective of our project is to:
- to study the work ethic among the races in the gotong-royong Perdana activities in UTM.
- to figure out the way to interact and work together with all the races in this program.
- to clean our school where we learn.
The objective of our project are successfully achieved as this activity provide a better chance for all the participants to get involve in together and work together. This project also provide an opportunity for our team members to learn and study the work ethic among difference races. After the project , we know that malays community love to work in a bigger group, chinese commnity love to work in small group , india community due to less in number, they would more likely to work with other people. During the activities, we interact and with fun to each other, this is an good experience to us as all the race are stick together to make this activity success. Activity that involve all the races should be organize as much as possible as this could make our relation more closed.
