I went to Desa Cargill Sdn Bhd and Sabah International Dairies Sdn Bhd, two of our customer (daughter station) with one of the technician who was on duty, Mr Suhaifi for inspection on the MAT Loading. At the daughter station i have learned about the Pressure Regulating Plant (PRP) and how to inspect the MAT and also the PRP. With the attachment below, i already attached the security visit form on how and what should we inspect when at daughter station. Pressure Regulating Plant is a control valve that reduces the input pressure of a fluid to a desired value at its output. Regulators are used for gases and liquids, and can be an integral device with an output pressure setting, a restrictor and a sensor all in the one body, or consist of a separate pressure sensor, controller and flow valve. In the evening, me and Mr Suhaifi did a little bit on housekeeping at Shangri La Resort's PRS area (the area where the CNG is located) since there will be audit soon.
