During the 12 weeks of my industrial training at Infineon Technologies Malacca, I was placed in Sensor department under Segment Operation Module 1 Assembly Front of Line team. This team is in charge in the front of line assembly of Plastic Single Small Outline (PSSO) packages which is also known as magnetic sensors. Below were some of my jobscope: a) Monitored the actual practice of lot handling at production line. b) Monitored Keyence vision system effectiveness and sensitivity to avoid over rejection. c) Reviewed and organized capacitor and die bond OJTI. d) Identified gaps between OJTI and actual practice. e) Monitored and updated the daily yield report. f) Performed silver migration delamination check on capacitor and leadframe bottom. g) Monitored the ball bond size after wire bond process. h) Handled DDM lots.
