I was a Form 6 student at Tok Janggut Secondary School. I have no advantage in education until there is no offer from the university to further my studies in diploma level. So, I did my best when I was in Form 6 until I achieved excellent results and was able to further my studies at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. I have decided to choose a Bachelor of Management (Technology) degree and offered 18 credit hours of 6 subjects. The subject consists of the Principles of Management, Introduction to Microeconomics, Business Mathematics, Marketing Principles, Account Principles and Graduate Student Attributes. In one semester at university I have learned about the challenges and opportunities that a student needs to handle and pass. I received many lectures from lecturers about university life. I have made a difference between my university life and my home when I was in the form 6. I think that much has to be done in the university. My assignment also needs to be done on my own without guidance from anybody. This situation was different when I was in Form 6. But I was so happy to meet new friends and get a good lecturer to teach. Especially my Microeconomics lecturer, Dr. Nanthakumar. He helped me to better understand microeconomics. Despite the many obstacles I have to go through, it does not directly offend me for more effort and the proof I have got 3.41 in my 1st semester GPA.
