I have played my own role in craft groups. In this group, no specific role was created, including the role of the leader. All of us choose to work together in all matters. Before and during the festival, I have played my own role in give a commitment, ideas, helpful in terms of searching the equipment, tools and technical. Next, no specific strategy is used while playing a role but what I do is take a responsibility for the success of this festival. What I mean here is I had all out and give well in making this festival work in terms of energy, time, feelings, ideas and sacrifices. For example, I've never missed been present in group discussions and went to the store in order to find the suitable tools for our activities. The challenge is during the festival where some of the tools that we have provided before the festival have been lost. We're so panicked on that time. What we can do at the time to solve our problems is seek help from other groups to find new tools for us. The process involved is that I have used the existing tools to replace the lost tool functionality. For example, we have lost glue, scissors, brushes, water colors and more. So to handle it, I propose to use double tape instead of glue and color magic pen instead of water color. From that, I learned to think critically and quickly in solving the problems faced immediately. Finally, learn to be patient kindly in dealing with people. That's all, thank you.
