- Buat exercise pengenalan diri (melukis)
- Start with long opening statement tentang tujuan atau conduct introduction exercise (3-5 minit)
- Pengenalan kauselor (Latar belakang pelajaran)
- Beritahu group ini tujuan untuk apa.
- Leader akan sediakan sedikit material untuk bincangkan tajuk dalam group tersebut. Contoh self-esteem (ada 4 bahagian)
- Kemudian leader akan minta setiap orang perkenalkan.

- Leader start dengan content, sbb kat sini klien dan kenal leader dan diberitahu kepada leader masalah diorang.
