SITI HAJAR's Reflection
This time for me to express about academic life
Debate competition that I participate is as a audience not the candidate.
This lecture was conducted by CEO of AIRASIA Berhad which is Tony Fernandes. There are many output that I gained from his talk. He shared about his struggling to build his career in airline because at that time people did not confident and aware about the existence of air transportation. So, Tony had to struggle to build confidence to all the people that everyone can fly.
In this session, I was participate a annual program of Kelab Iqra' that was held at Sultan Ismail Mosque.
At that meeting, I was introduced to the committee of Kelab Iqra', the activities held by the club and the benefits of joining the club.
YADIM is stand for Yayasan Dakwah Islamiah Malaysia.
YADIM was organized a motivation talk at Kolej Perdana for Sambutan Maulidur Rasul. the aim for the motivation talk is to create awareness and remind the Muslim about the importance of Maulidur Rasul and appreciation of Prophet Muhammad.
We Selawat for the Prophet and listening talk from Pencetus Ummah Rahmat Ikhsan and Dai' Syed.
I have participated in Sukan Perdana 2017 that was organized by college resident named Kolej Perdana. I was formed a team that consist of 12 members for Women Futsal. The game was held at night starting from 8.00 P.M. to 11.00 P.M. Unfortunately my team did not won the game but we have great time together. It was a new experience for us and we manage it well.
My lecturer's name is Dr Ruzita binti Selamat. She is like a mother to us because she treats me and my classmate well. I love to go her class even her class at the morning. I always come early for her class because I have spirit to see my "olok-olok" mother.
For hr subject, I learned about behavior in organization. In this subject, I know how to handle if I become a manager of my company. Own a company is also a part of my dream. So, if I have my own company, I can handle some of behavior y applying this method.
Actually this subject is not my list of favorite subject because I don't like to read and this subject need to read all kinds of topics so that I can understand the topic and answer the questions easily.
First of all, I want to introduce my lecturer. Her name is Norliza binti Mohd Salleh. She is my statistic lecturer. This subject is my favorite because I love math. But statistic is not expected. I expect that statistic just have calculation only, but actually statistic also have theories that I have to focus. I hope that for my final exam, I can answer the theory's question just like expected by lecturer.
I learned that if we want to analyst data, we have to know basic in statistic. So, my lecturer teach me step by step to analyst data so that we will not make mistake in analyzing data.
I want to thank to my lecturer because without her, I will not know how to analyst data in correct way.
So I hope that I can perform well in my final exam on 31st May 2018.
For this subject,my lecturer's name is Dr. Nanthankumar a/l Loganathan. Actually, I've already learn about this subject when I'm studying at Matriculation. So for me, it is a bit difficult to understand some of the topics because when I'm at matriculation program, I learn this subject in Bahasa. But this time I have to learn again in English language. It makes me a bit confusing for certain words.
So, to make this subject much easier to learn, I have to make some practices, so that I can remember the formula, some words and can give brief explaination when answering the question. I'd like to thank to my lecturer because he had teach me for two semesters and his teaching is so good. For me, it is hard to be a good teacher like him which are teaching as fast as possible an at the same time, make sure his student understand and follow his flow.
Many things that I've learn and I can adapt to current issues. It makes me more understand the topic and hopefully one day I still can adapt it in my job scope.
