EXECUTIVE SUMMARY  :

Talk from experience worker as an professional engineer which is Ir Juraimi Masood as general manager in project integration. The journey is starting from becoming a trainer from big company and then involve in heavy engineer that design project plan, project cost, construction, qualty and the most important thing is safety. Especially in a oil and gas field. After that, he move to KLCC as a resident engineer that dealing with client, colleagu and also the contarctors. The Lastly about himself, he is work at PTP as a professional engineer and more to managing the stakeholder.

Besides, he also talk about the expectation of the employer before going to do work life. There are few skill about the ability's of the worker such as having in depth technical experience, ability to apply the knowledge, having social awareness on sustainable development and also the system approach of a person.Lastly, he explain about the situational leadership by Ken Blanchard which involve delegating, supporting, coaching and also direction part. • GPPR ASSIGNMENT

BRAINSTORMING FOR GPPR TITLE :

All of group member participate in this session where we have to decide the title of the project. Because of the theme is about the sustainability, each of us give different opinion which are :

1- Sustain of electric power systems

2- Renewable energy

3- Relate with apple company which apply sustainability

So, we try to give some explanation and ideas according  to each title. So the conclusion is we agree for title :

Apple’s environmental Building in P19a, FKE

CONCLUSION

As for the conclusion, based on the design and discussion, by lowering a building’s utility bills, these systems not only pay for themselves over time, they help also in reducing air pollution caused by utility companies just like what have been applied in the Apple's Building by Steve Job. For example, solar power systems help to increase something called “peak load generating capacity,” thereby saving the utility from turning on expensive and polluting supplemental systems during periods of peak demand. The more local-generating solar electric power systems that are installed in a given utility's service area, the less capacity the utility needs to build, thus saving everyone from funding costly additional power generating sources. Contributing clean, green power from our own building's solar electric system helps will also create jobs and is a great way to mitigate the pollution and other problems produced by electricity derived from fossil fuel. Solar-powered electrical generating systems help you reduce your impact on the environment and save money at the same time.
