Self-Reflection
Being part of the GIFT Unit for the "Permata Creative Digital Week" was a rewarding experience that allowed me to explore my creativity and contribute meaningfully to a collaborative project. This role helped me understand the significance of effective teamwork and adaptability in managing a large-scale event. The experience also reinforced the importance of supporting each other's strengths within a team to achieve a shared vision.
