French 1

Now this is subject I truly truly enjoyed. I always wanted to learn a foreign language and it was always one of my goals to take up a foreign language in university. It was always going to be either Thai or some European language. But, they only offered Mandarin, French and Japanese in UTM. So I opted for French!

Professor Nirmala's lectures were very easy going and relaxing. Her teaching speed might be a little fast but who can blame her as our contact is only 2 hours a week plus we have a very extensive syllabus we have to cover. She is genuinely concern about her students and you can tell that she is very passionate when talking about French culture.

I really hope to take French 2 in my 3rd semester as for my 2nd semester I am already packed in terms of credit hours and co-curricular activities.
