By participating in Malam Galau RESAK 22/23, I gained a lot of valuable experiences. I was able to work and communicate effectively, and demonstrate leadership under pressure. One of the most important lesson I learn from managing a large-scale event was attention to detail. This was important as the slightest error in equipment or facilities may jeopardize the program. I was able to remain calm under pressure and that has helped me to effectively manage logistics, resolve issues as they arose and ensure the smooth operation of the concert program. One of my the main challenges that I faced during the program was managing last-minute sudden changes such as changes to the light settings. I was able to overcome this challenge by making sure to prepare a special operation team that handles sudden issues and also maintain an open lines of communication with everyone including the performers. Overall, I believe that the skills and insights gained from this event will positively impact my future endeavor.
