One of the reasons I joined this program is to help contribute my leadership skills in order to create a successful event for my university community. The program has help me develop my creativity, teamwork, communication and leadership skills. I found that all this skills were essential for planning, coordinating and executing a large-scale event such as this program. Some of the activities that was done during the program include coordinating rehearsals, managing equipment and technical requirements, interacting with performers, managing stage setup and logistics, and troubleshooting any issues during the event.
