SONG ELAINE's Reflection
To be a successful leader in software engineering project, communication is one of important skills. I am great at communication by listening my group members’ ideas and respect their ideas at time of decision making. For example, we will discuss together for our proposal meeting, to make sure everyone is available for the meeting. Besides, I like to demonstrate what needs to be done by giving the related references and make sure every member done their own task within the deadline given. Moreover, I am great at finding the strength of my group members, for instance, one of my team members has the experience on interface design, therefore, I will encourage him to do the related task to sharpen his skill and produce a good quality proposal.
