The details of my ExCEL Report for the event "MAPEK'21" are included here.

Even though I am only a participant in this event, I still have a role to attentive listen to the speakers and take note of the clubs offered in KTDI that could potentially improve my soft skills for my future career.
The justification of me joining the event is to get to know the clubs offered by UTM and understand the benefits that those club activities would bring to me.
The graduate attribute focused in this event is communication skills, leadership and team working skills and adaptability. The event mainly shows the graduate attribute through the introduction the club in KTDI, how each club president displays their club’s uniqueness respectively, presenting the activities each club offers and engaging with the audience.
The flow of the event mainly consists of Dr. Azli giving his opening speech to begin the ceremony. Afterwards, each club president introduces their club to the audience to attract students to come in their clubs. The club presidents present are Mr.Muizzuddin from Club JKM, Ms. Chanorasekaran from Club PEKA, Mr Idham from Club PERSAKA, Ms. Atiqah from the Silat Art Club and Mrs. Arina from Palapes Laut. A brief QNA session and club member recruitment session is held at the end of each club president’s speech. Each club president also has the chance to engage with the audience to further encourage the clubs they find interesting.
I truly gain a lot from the event as the club introductions was able to pique my interest in considering joining them and keep me thinking of its benefit in the near future. It is certain that I have to be ready to adapt to the various club activity I may need to participate in.
The advantage of me partaking in this event is expanding my horizon. I get to know a lot of things that I am unfamiliar with and gain major insight from this event. I also got to know how each club president dedicated their time and effort in make their own club thrive and improve further beyond to reach greater heights.
The challenges I face during the events is my pace on comprehending the activities offered by each club may be lacking to keep up with the speakers. To overcome this, I have to attentive listen to speakers and adjust my thought process to align myself with the speakers to able to understand fully on the topics that the speakers wish to convey to the audience even though the topics maybe overwhelming to take in at once.
In conclusion, I find that the event “MAPEK'21” has truly will enlighten me about the many unique club offered by KTDI and its potential benefit it could bring to my growth as a person.
