Mini Report:

Third- and final-year students were given the opportunity to discuss a variety of jobs with businesses directly at the Faculty of Management's event on November 7, 2022, at Dewan Banquet, Bangunan Canselori Sultan Ibrahim (BCSI), UTM. With candid discussions and instantaneous job applications, the event connected theory and practice. A dedication to improving participants' career preparedness was demonstrated by the participation of different industries, workshops, and speeches. Attendees' employment alternatives were successfully expanded by the cooperative effort, which promoted a dynamic learning environment.

Self-Reflection:

Being a part of this event improved me. Talking with employers boosted my confidence and communication abilities. My ability to apply theoretical information realistically was tested by the on-the-spot job training application, which also highlighted my areas of strength and progress. Through networking, I became aware of a variety of job options and realized how important it is to have professional relationships. This experience was a pivotal moment in my professional development since it gave me the tools and confidence I needed to make the move to the working world.

Mini report:

Students from diverse backgrounds were effectively brought together under one roof for the University Club Showcase, which was organized by UTM FreshMan. It was a lively and energetic event. Taking place on October 28, 2023, at Dewan Sri Perdana, the showcase honored the diverse range of groups that are offered on campus.

People were greeted by an environment full of excitement and intrigue as soon as they walked into the busy arena. The event was designed to excite students and encourage involvement and active participation in addition to introducing them to the variety of clubs that are offered.

Students interacting with enthusiastic club members filled the halls with the hum of conversation throughout the display. The attendees were afforded a priceless opportunity to look deeper into the intricacies of each club, asking questions and learning about the wide range of projects and activities that shaped their aims.

The display was a feast for the eyes and ears in addition to an educational experience. Clubs took to the stage, displaying their skills with thought-provoking debate showcases, engaging dance routines, and musical performances. After seeing a peek of each club's lively and dynamic personality, the audience was left feeling motivated and excited to join the campus's flourishing club culture.

Attending the University Club Showcase emphasized how important effective communication is in building a sense of community among students from diverse backgrounds. The friendly and inclusive environment created by UTM FreshMan immediately established a positive atmosphere, promoting active involvement and interaction. Engaging with club members demonstrated the significance of clear and enthusiastic communication. Students were able to ask questions, learn about club missions, and discuss different activities, highlighting the crucial role of effective communication in conveying each club's distinct characteristics.

The visual and auditory components of the exhibition emphasized the importance of communication in expressing the lively club culture on campus. Through vibrant dance performances and compelling debate presentations, clubs effectively conveyed their identities and enthusiasm to the audience.
