Mini Report

Introduction:
The Jazari Robotic Workshop 22, organized by Jazari Innovation Club at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, provided students with a platform to learn about robotics and innovation. As a member of the Multimedia Unit, my role was to handle all multimedia aspects of the workshop, including documentation, photography, and videography. This report provides an overview of the activities and my self-reflection on the project.

Objective and Responsibilities:
The objective of the Multimedia Unit was to capture and document the workshop's activities, participants' engagement, and key moments. Our documentation would serve various purposes, such as promotional materials, future references, and sharing the workshop's impact with a wider audience.

During the pre-workshop planning phase, I collaborated closely with the workshop organizing committee to understand the workshop's objectives and requirements. This allowed me to develop a comprehensive multimedia plan that outlined the key activities, shots needed, and equipment required. Additionally, I coordinated with other units to ensure the seamless integration of multimedia elements into the workshop.

As part of the documentation process, I focused on capturing high-quality photographs that showcased participants' interactions, robot demonstrations, and hands-on sessions. I also filmed various workshop activities, including tutorials, guest speaker sessions, and team presentations. Conducting interviews with participants, instructors, and organizers was essential to gather testimonials and insights that would further enhance our multimedia content.

In the post-production phase, I carefully selected and edited the best photos and videos to create a compelling visual narrative. This involved adding captions, titles, and graphics to enhance the storytelling aspect of the multimedia content. Collaborating with the Workshop Publications Unit was crucial to ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all media.
