1) Mini Report
The reason I'm joining this program because I'm really interest about the Phyton programming considering how the current job applied Phyton language. Even though I'm in charge in multimedia, I really want to learn about the Phyton language. This program also shortly explained the basic programming used in this coding which is make more easier to understand the language. For the graduate attributes, this program emphasizes communication and effectives teamwork skills. It is because there are some activity like mentor mentee where the mentor can gives an explanation if the mentee have difficult to solve given the question given in this program. This program first start when all the participant register the event. Next, the teaching session start by teaching a basic Phyton language. After that, the mentor mentee session start and lastly take a picture together.
2)Self Reflection
During the Phyton programming program, I had numerous opportunities to collaborate with with fellow participants and mentor especially on quiz time. Trough these team-based activities I developed essential teamworking skills and experienced the impact it had on my learning and personal growth. One notable impact was an improvement in my communication skills within a mentor and mentee setting. Although I'm a multimedia committee in this program, working to helps others members from different committee and skill sets allowed me to enhance my ability to effectively convey ideas, actively listen to others, and provide constructive feedback. This strengthened my overall communication skills and fostered a collaborative and productive team environment. Throughout the Python programming program, I was able to identify and leverage my self-strengths and advantages, which played a significant role in my success and growth. Here are some key self-strengths and advantages that I discovered during the program that is Strong problem-solving skills, solid foundation in thinking and adaptability and quick learning. Understanding and using more complex programming concepts and techniques proved to be one of my challenges. I dug further into more challenging subjects like object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithm design as the programme went on. At first, I had a hard time understanding these ideas and using them in my code, but I able to overcome this challenge by engaging in practice and coding exercises. I dedicated extra time to practicing coding exercises related to the challenging topics.
