The activities and responsibilities entrusted to me had a profound impact on the development of my Graduate Attributes, while also providing valuable insights into my strengths and challenges as a leader.

Being in a leadership position allowed me to develop and showcase several important Graduate Attributes. The event required effective Communication and Organizational Skills to coordinate with various teams, including sound and lighting technicians, stage crew, and performers. Through clear and concise communication, I ensured that everyone understood their roles and responsibilities, resulting in a seamless execution of the technical aspects of the gathering.

My self-identified strength as a leader was my technical knowledge and expertise. This allowed me to provide guidance and support to the team members, ensuring that all technical aspects, such as sound systems, lighting setups, and stage arrangements, were executed with precision. I utilized my problem-solving skills to address any technical challenges that arose during the event, fostering a sense of trust and confidence among the team members.

However, leadership also presented its fair share of challenges. One of the main obstacles I encountered was time management and resource allocation. With multiple tasks and responsibilities to oversee, it was essential to prioritize and delegate effectively. I had to make strategic decisions to ensure that the technical team's efforts were aligned with the overall objectives of the gathering. This required careful planning, effective delegation, and flexibility to adapt to unforeseen circumstances.

To overcome these challenges, I utilized effective delegation and teamwork. I assigned specific tasks to team members based on their strengths and expertise, ensuring that responsibilities were evenly distributed and deadlines were met. Regular communication and feedback sessions allowed us to address any issues promptly and make necessary adjustments. Additionally, I sought assistance from experienced technicians and mentors, leveraging their knowledge and advice to overcome technical challenges and enhance the overall quality of the event.

In conclusion, serving as the leader of the technical team in the Losting Music Club UTM gathering provided me with invaluable experiences and opportunities for growth. The responsibilities entrusted to me allowed me to develop and demonstrate essential Graduate Attributes, including Communication, Organizational Skills, and problem-solving abilities. Leveraging my technical knowledge and expertise, I guided the team members and ensured the smooth execution of the technical aspects of the event.
