KTR College has introduced a program involving the Principal, Council of Fellows, and KTR Staff. Among the activities that took place during the meeting was to introduce a little bit about KTR's background with the Principal, Council of Fellows and also KTR Staff.
During our meeting, the Principal explained the propriety of participating in the activity. They emphasize the importance
know all the background of KTR College for anyone who chooses to live here. This is to ensure that the students who live here can cooperate with the college in improving and maintaining the reputation of KTR college.
From the meeting, I learned some graduate attributes. Among them are communication skills, leadership, adaptability, and entrepreneurial skills. I couldn't agree more. These attributes are important to our personal growth and the success of our institution.
This meeting places an important value on the improvement of communication skills. It encourage students to receive information effectively. Additionally, it encourages students to ask questions during the Q&A session. Clear and efficient communication is important in any organization, and at KTRCollege, it will undoubtedly lead to better collaboration and overall effectiveness. I look forward to getting involved in every program organized by KTR college.
In addition, the council of fellows emphasized leadership and teamwork, that is, every resident at KTR college needs to care about each other so that it can strengthen the relationship between residents and also maintaining harmonious living here.
Finally, the program encourages an enterprising skills. It inspires us to be proactive, smart and innovative. I believe that by fostering an entrepreneurial spirit, we can identify opportunities, find creative solutions, and contribute to the growth and development of KTR College.
