Mini Report

The title of this programme is young leaders’ fun day which was organized at SK Bandar Seri Alam by QS - Bina Society UTM. The main participants in this activity were Year 6 students. The main purpose of this programme is to develop their leadership skills, creative skills, and a deeper understanding of leadership. I had become one of the committees with both the facilitator and food unit. As a member of the food unit, I helped with the food preparation. As a facilitator, I am Taking care of the student group from ice-breaking to the end of programme to leading their movement during the activities in progress and give some assistance to them when required.

            Leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills are the graduate attributes that this programme has placed a lot of emphasis on. We may concentrate on developing our leadership and cooperation abilities since the job at hand requires us to collaborate as a group. Furthermore, problem-solving skills are in great demand when a problem arises, how we think calmly and make a judgment to get the fastest solution in a short time is an essential skill for today's graduates.
