Mini Report

On the 27th of December 2022, Malaysia Japan International Institute of Technology (MJIIT) hosted "Japan Day," an event showcasing products and technologies from Japanese and Malaysian industries. As a volunteer, I was assigned to be the camera man and take pictures of VIPs and guests at the event.

The event was attended by a diverse group of people, including representatives from Japanese and Malaysian industries, academics, students, and members of the public. The event featured a variety of booths showcasing products and technologies from various industries, including automotive, electronics, and healthcare.

The event was a great opportunity for visitors to learn about the latest advancements in technology and industry, and to network with representatives from Japanese and Malaysian industries. Many guests expressed their appreciation for the opportunity to learn about new products and technologies, as well as the chance to meet and connect with industry professionals.

Throughout the event, I was busy capturing the excitement and energy of the day, taking photos of VIPs and guests as they visited the different booths and interacted with industry representatives. Overall, "Japan Day" was a successful event, bringing together industry professionals, academics, and members of the public to learn about the latest advancements in technology and industry.

Self Reflection

As a volunteer camera man at the "Japan Day" event, I had the opportunity to observe and participate in an exciting event that showcased the latest advancements in technology and industry. The experience was both rewarding and challenging, as I had to navigate a crowded event space while capturing important moments on camera.

One of the things I appreciated about the event was the opportunity to connect with industry professionals and learn about the latest developments in various industries. It was fascinating to see the different booths showcasing new products and technologies, and to hear firsthand about the innovations that were driving these industries forward.

At the same time, I also found the experience challenging at times. The event space was crowded, and it was sometimes difficult to get a clear shot of important moments on camera. I had to think on my feet and adapt quickly to changing circumstances, which was a valuable learning experience.

Overall, I feel that my experience as a volunteer camera man at "Japan Day" taught me valuable skills in photography, communication, and adaptability. I also gained a deeper appreciation for the importance of innovation and collaboration in driving technological and industrial progress. I am grateful for the opportunity to have participated in this event, and I look forward to using the skills and knowledge I gained in future endeavors.
