Reporting is the practise of delivering facts or information to a particular audience, either in writing or verbally. In this exercise, we identified the appropriate site and the target audience, which consisted of schoolchildren between the ages of 7 and 12. Then, in order to convey important information in a way that children of this age can grasp, we created materials and activities.

Responding the process of responding to or giving comment on a certain circumstance or incident. Throughout the training, we discussed and revised our plans repeatedly until we found the best approach to carrying out an activity that would be beneficial to the children in Dusun Tua.

Reconstructing is the process of putting something back together after it has been damaged or deconstructed. This phrase can be used to describe both conceptual or physical structures. In order to make them appropriate and applicable for the intended audience and the allocated money, we had to repeatedly reconstruct or revise them while creating this activity.

Relating: Ability to meaningfully connect or relate concepts, occurrences, or individuals. The activities and checkpoints we created had to be relevant to children of that age group, and in this case, we were able to make these ideas apparent. For instance, the email in my online etiquette checkpoint allows youngsters to fill in the gaps with the right responses that suit the recipient.

Reasoning is the process of utilising logic and critical thinking to grasp complex information or make educated decisions. We had to ensure that the location we were going to was appropriate for doing the activities we wanted, and we also had to ensure that we had the appropriate audience and funding for it. To ensure that the strategy goes as predicted, a lot of reasoning and critical thinking are needed.
