MINI REPORT
The Jawatankuasa Mahasiswa Kolej Tun Razak (JKM KTR) session, titled "Workshop Pitching Your Idea," was held via online on YouTube platform as well as Facebook to make it more accessible to many students. This talk was given by Prof. Madya Ts. Dr. Azanizawati Ma’aram which from department of materials, manufacturing, and industrial engineering. The seminar started at 9pm which on Friday to be exact and last for around 1 hour. This curriculum teaches students how to pitch more effectively and teaches them how to master any skill we provide. The seminar is being handled just like in classes where Dr. Azanizawati presents while showing us notes, giving the students to jot down the key notes while elaborating the crucial things. Finally, we also are required to pitch a random concept at the end of the program in order to put the abilities we acquired earlier from the session to use.
SELF REFLECTION
The program teach me a lot regarding the pitching skills. It is indeed to have the skills that are related to each working field, but its more crucial for the students to promotes their skills, what they can offer to any organizations. The skills to promote however is not any student’s concern or focus which is worrisome. This opens a new perspective on the importance of promotes one skill. The skill to promote also being exposed to me, giving me tips that I can use in the future such as in any interview for job. Also, the most critical things that are needed and pressed during the program is the communication. At the end of the program, we have to make a pitch for a random concept, this train us to become more proficient in communicating with other people and not to mention, explaining something that we do not know much about since the concept is random. Overall, the seminar really teach me a lot of things in terms of entrepreneur as well as communication.

MINI REPORT
Jazari Robotic Workshop is an event that held by Jazari Innovation club that based on KTC, which from 20 September 2019 to 21 September 2019. This event also held at KTC main hall as it want to make it spacious for every participant as well as the crew. The event start at 9am and end at 5pm with a lunch hour break by 1 hour. The workshop which held for 2 days, taught everything regarding the robotics where there were 3 people from club, represents each element which are mechanical, electrical and computer science. Each people try to compact their knowledge regarding the robotics respectively with their own courses. The event held in a very relaxing manner where every participant just has to sit at a table with other people, implying we do not have to be stressful especially the things that are being taught is quite difficult for beginners.
SELF REFLECTION
This event taught me a lot of things that are related to robotic which is in my interest. They taught me from mechanical skill to electrical as well as programming. The mechanical aspect mostly covers the part related to actuators which is mostly about DC motor and not to mention the Mecanum wheel, Omnidirection wheel and frame. The mechanical aspect also covers about how they fabricate their robot from scratch such as welding, slotting and cutting. The electrical expose me about the sensors which is basically the eyes, nose, ears and hands for the robot. The software which is Proteus also in hands on mode which made me to understand and become proficient in such software easily. For the programming part, it mostly cover about the Arduino IDE which is the standard language for beginners in robotic industry. Overall, I learnt many things from this workshop as Mechatronic especially robotic has become one of my passion.

MINI REPORT
JORG 21 stands for Jazari Online Recruitment Games 2021, which held by Jazari robotic innovation club which based on KTC. This event is held via online, which mostly utilizes Webex as the main platform for the streaming. This event is held mainly for outsiders which intends to join Jazari club, where they have to participate in this event as the final step, building the robot according to the task assigned, in order to successfully join the Jazari club. This event start on November 2021. The preparation for the crew member however starts at September 2021 which is 2 months early. For this event, I was assigned as the main head of Multimedia unit, which basically handle all the resources related to media such as presentation, poster, video, website, and e-certificate. During this time, most of the time, I am the one that manage the teaser video, updating website, and sometimes designing the poster.
SELF REFLECTION
This event taught me many things in terms of leadership, time, and task management as well as teamworking and communication. The communication especially really critical here since the event was held via online, hence making the communication between unit members really difficult. Fortunately, there is no miscommunication between members and each members manage to complete their assigned task perfectly. My unit has 6 members including me, I got to train my leadership and task management skill as I observe and manage to assign each task to each member according to their interest and abilities. I learnt that observation is really crucial in order to know each other strength. Since this is during the PKP, we had to have our meeting via online to discuss among each other’s where most of the time, we just use Whatsapp or Webex to communicate. I learnt that its really tough to handle and organize an event especially when everyone cannot meet face to face but instead through online method. However, we managed to adapt to the situation and manage to run the event successfully.
