What I have learned from this programme is discipline and on time I must finish my running similar same as the target that I set so that I have the enthusiasm to finish the run the next day. Other than that, waking up in the early morning had taught me to become a morning person while at home because it is a better time and weather when I can do my run early in the morning. Setting goals in running is about moving forward, trying to improve but also seeing the positive and thereby increasing my self-confidence once I achieved. One of the specialities when joining as the runner is it taught me to not give up easily.
