'Mind Your Shape, Shape Your Mind' is an online program that encourages participants to actively take care of their physical and mental health. This program is conducted for the participants to realize the importance of keeping their physical and mental health in the best condition, coinciding with the ‘17 Goals of Sustainable Development Goals (SDG)’, specifically the third SDG, which is ‘good health and well-being’.
This program is divided into 2 parts, sharing session and activities session that includes walkathon and infographic poster competition. Walkathon is a marathon that promotes living healthily by walking minimum 3KM daily for 14 consecutive days, meanwhile the poster focuses on raising awareness of having stable healthy lifestyle by balancing mental and physical health. The sharing session was divided to two parts -- 'Mental Health' and 'Nutrition' talk. A counsellor from UTM Counselling Centre and a government nutritionist were invited to share tips and ideas for audience, especially UTM students.
To conclude, this online program managed to garner almost 50 UTM students for sharing session and up to 30 UTM students had participated in the activities conducted overall.
