I was recruited as one of the members in TEDxUTM2022 back in August 2021 and the event was on 2nd April 2022, I still remember the excitement and firing spirits to do a good job and learn as much as I can. Indeed, the goal is achieved, and almost all the things I learnt are actively practiced by me up till now. The great teamwork and leadership from high committees allow me to grow bigger and braver in making decisions, thinking creatively and critically. I was given opportunities to communicate with different social status individuals, which are eye-opening for me, especially from the way of them interacting. The memory was filled with laughs, tears, stress and patience but those are the elements that made my participation as member in the team memorable.
