The program I took part in was the Millennial Entrepreneurs Festival (MEFEST) 2022 which is an online-based event that focused on thinking skills, I took part in this event as a committee secretary. This event consists of a canvas model business competition and a webinar that has been held from 1 July 2022 to 21 August 2022. This series of webinars carry 2 big themes, the first one namely business, and the second one is financial management. In a business webinar, participants will receive material from sources who are experienced in the business world. In financial management, participants will learn how to manage personal money properly and the material provided will be related to financial issues related to student life. This program is open to the public as an organizational platform that aims to support Indonesian students academically and increase appreciation and creativity in cultural development, arts, sports, spirituality, and leadership. From this event, I get a lot of business knowledge that can be implemented in daily life. I can increase my understanding of business and people and also be a place to ask questions about their plans related to entrepreneurship and business. Among the problems faced at this event was the lack of pre-recorded video preparation to be uploaded via the ISS-Indonesia YouTube channel, not all participants were present at the main event and the timing was slightly different from the tentative one because some of the speakers did not arrive on time. however, this problem can be solved by taking the initiative for each given task and getting used to doing it before the deadline, making stricter rules for all participants to take part in the main event, and PIC making sure all VIPs arrive on time. From this event as a secretary, I can increase my skills in communication skills, and thinking skills.
