Self Reflection :

• From the virtual webinar, I learned that there are countless platforms and channels to start a business in this era with the development of technologies. In today's society, almost all of the business is involved in the using of platform or application to operate. For example, foodpanda and grabfood are the most well-known applications for food delivery in Malaysia. Apart from food delivery, there are more platforms for healthcare, logistic, education, marketing, etc that available for different business operation. Undeniably, the advance in technologies has bring more new ways for people to earn money no matter in physical work environment or work from home. As we known, the most trendy occupations in community are youtuber, tiktoker and broadcaster which is the new type of business that can earn income. E-commerce also had become the new norm for the public to purchase instead of in-store purchasing. In my opinion, it is not easy to start a business. We have to do survey about the market of the related fields, the platform to be used and the business mode. A detailed plan will be useful before we start our business to get profit successfully.
