Civil Engineering Fundamentals SKAA1012
For this week, I was introduced about the Engineering Sustainability which was presented by PM. Dr. Rozana Binti Zakaria. Sustainability is the property of biological systems to remain diverse and productive indefinitely. Long-lived and healthy wetlands and forests are examples of sustainable biological systems. About the half of the presentation, we were asked a question which was, "Let's say that, you were given RM300 per month, whether the money is enough or not?" . If the answer is yes, you are a sustainable person but if it not, it is vice-versa. Besides, we were watching two videos if I'm not mistaken. What I'm interested was one with an engineer who successfully designed a twin skyscraper complex with three wind turbine blades at the center of the twin tower. The turbine blade is used to provide the electricity energy to the tower for the amount of time.

On the Thursday, I learnt about a few of subtopics of Chapter 6 Vectors. The formula just the same actually, just derive a few steps to find what the question wanted. This chapter is one of my favourite chapters because the concept is easy to understand. After an hour, suddenly during the 5 minutes-break, the lecture gave the result of the test 1 to all the students. Luckily, I have passed the test :') . I was determined to do better for the next test to score the higher mark possibility. Then the class was continued with a new subtopic , provided a new formula to find the shortest distance between tangent line and a point.

An introduction about Environmental Engineering by Prof. Dr. Azmi Bin Aris. What I can learnt is Environmental engineers study the effect of technological advances on the environment. They conduct studies on hazardous-waste management to evaluate the significance of such hazards, advise on treatment and containment. There are many issues related such as waste water management, air pollution control, recycling, waste disposal and environmental sustainability. I hope the people around aware that contamination occurs due to our poor act. "East Or West Going Green Better"

In week 5, I have learnt about a new chapter that is Improper Integrals. I had learnt about the limit application before but in this chapter, a bit confusion for me. A little depressed that i need to take a longer time than expected to know how to understand and use this solving method. Until now, i'm still confuse to do it. Even the lecturer repeat it again and again, i just understand it when i'm in class, not after that :'). I need to do more practice before i can totally can solve on this question related. Keep it up.

On the first week on mathematics , im very excited about the topic that im going to learn. At first, i thought the learning is going to be easy but not actually. Its because i had forgot almost the formula for example, identities of trigonometry and how to differentiate certain questions. But after time to time, thanks to God i can easily catch up the learning from behind. I expected that lecturer teaching strictly but she's really a good on teaching even hard to see her smile. I hope that this mathematics subject will improve my skills and how struggle i think to solve the solutions given at any time :)

On the 1st day in this class, i felt good and want to know a lot about what is the fundamental actually. But it takes time for me to understand what the teaching is about because the voice is a bit slower for me to understand. So i chose to keep focus and focus and write whatever i thought the important one. I was told about the course outline process also the program that we will learn later. This teaching class is good actually for the people like me because i know nothing and helpfulness. One more thing that made me feel a little depressed that we will attend the night class, the time that i used to do revision and rest my mind.
