1) Mini Report

On May 9, 2022, I was given the opportunity to lead an online program which is the #showyourbike Photo Contest program. This program has been carried out for 15 days from 9 May 2022 until 23 May 2022 online through the Google Form platform. The purpose of this program is to encourage UTM students, especially SRC members, to practice a healthy lifestyle through cycling. In addition, this program can be a platform for UTM students to share their experiences and knowledge about the world of cycling.

The program started with the SRC providing a Google Form link where participants can upload pictures with the theme of "cycling" on the link. This Google Form link is open from 9 May 2022 until 19 May 2022 which is for 11 days.

Next, on May 20, 2022, the Google Form link is closed. The scoring session of the participants' photos was made by the SRC for 3 days, from 20 May 2022 until 22 May 2022. The scoring session was done by evaluating the creativity of each participant through the photos submitted.

On 23 May 2022, the winners were announced via SRCUTM's Instagram and Facebook and cash prizes were awarded to each winner.

2) Self Reflection

As a program director for this #showyourbike Photo Contest program, I have been entrusted to lead and plan this program so that this program runs smoothly. I have appointed several committee members who can help me conduct this program to its success, such as the secretary, treasurer and media. We all often have discussions where we work together to 'brainstorm' on how the program should be conducted.

Before the program was run, we faced a problem where the original date of this program overlapped with the Climb Up Gua Damai (CUGD) program which was on May 28, 2022. Initially, May 28, 2022, was the date to announce the winners of the #showyourbike Photo Contest. However, the overlap of the dates of these programs will make it difficult for the Media Committee to complete the winner's poster as they are also participating in the CUGD program. Therefore, I decided to adjust the date of the program so that it would be easy for the Media Committee to complete the winner's poster without interruptions from other programs.
