I have learned a new way to communicate with unlucky person that have to gone through bad occasion. If done in the right way, I could cheer him up and make him forget the burden that they need to carry impacted by the bad occasion. I also have learned to always look around myself and do not become a selfish person. Always aware of my friends and help them if they are in need or simply have an unlucky or bad day.
One of the advantages of this talk is I am able to increase my self esteem and realized that it is not the end of the world if I encountered any bad occasion. There is always solution to problem. I just need to find the right solution for each problem. For me, it is okay to be sad but it cannot be too long. Life has to go on despite all things that happen to us whether we like or unlike it.
One of the challenges for me is self confident. I am afraid that I am not ready and confident enough to go through these unlucky days. I afraid that I could do dumb things such as hitting my head on the wall because I cannot control myself. The best solution is to meet the counselor or simply tell my story to my bestfriends because they may help me to cool down my mental temperature.
