In this whole event as a Technical crew. I have gained new knowledge in promising the flow of events was not interrupted by any technical issue that could affect the participants and viewers. Based on the Graduate's Attributes it tells me that it was really important to have good communication skills with the team as the events were organized in groups so everything need to be in sync and well inform to others so that no information will be missed out and the team was in full alert every time the events happening. Next, I showed leadership and also a team working in the Technical part as managing the stream works and give ques to another team so that everything was inline on that moment is really crucial. The challenges in these events since it was an online event the internet connection was really important and also the condition of the hardware must be fully functional if not it could cause trouble so I decided to be ready and service my hardware before anything happens. All these experiences really helped me on becoming the person I am today . These events really taught me to be prepared in anything so that i will be ready in my upcoming journey as a students or graduates soon.
