Mini Report:
17 Mac 2022, Persatuan Pengurusan dan Penilaian Harta Tanah (PEHARTA), Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, organised a programme called Bengkel Pemantauan Tapak Menggunakan Teknologi Dron on the Cisco Webex platform. The speaker for the program is Mohd Hezul Hezri Bin Hassan which is penolong jurutera (J29) & Pembantu penyelaras makmal harta tanah and Mohd Faizi Bin Mohd Salleh, penolong pengawai latihan vokasional (DV36) KUP. My role in this program is as a participant. The purpose of the activity is to let students understand how to use drone in site monitoring as well. The Graduate Attribute that is related is thinking skill. Thinking skills enable all of us to process information, recall facts and apply knowledge to various situations. The achievements of the program are I learned more about the skill of how to control the drone.
Self Reflection:
I am grateful that I can joint and I also like this program: Bengkel Pemantauan Tapak Menggunakan Teknologi Dron. Through this program, I understand the importance of the use of drone in real estate. Without drone, some difficult problem occurs we can not solve. So valuer are compulsory need to know how to use the drone to do site visit. Through this talk, I also know the price of drone is expensive which can RM1000 to RM8000 and above so it is very important to use drone as well to avoid breaking the drone. Actually, this talk is not enough for me to use drone more confidently, I hope next time will have this type of program held again and I also will watch more videos to learn more about how to use drone as well.
