This program is purposely to increase knowledge and skills about the Microsoft excel workshop specifically. This will help you to work smart when you are in the working phase in the future. I personally love the way how En. Hailan Abdul Hamid delivered the information to us. He is a Microsoft Certified Educator. he really knows how to handle the audience to be focused, understanding, and have fun at the same time.
The topics that we learned in the Microsoft Excel Workshop with En. Hailan Abdul Hamid is using conditional formatting, data validation, creating charts, and using basic formulas. From this workshop, I realize that there are many things that I don’t know and fortunately I have gained my skills through this workshop.
At UTM, I joined the Volunteer club. The reason why I choose this club is that I think this club has a huge opportunity to be active or join more program that are related to the volunteer things. after joining the volunteer club, of course, there is a session whereby to get to know more about the club in detail. So, the session held by the volunteer club is a meet and greet on 22/23. The Volunteer@UTM Club held a Meet and Greet 2021 program aimed at introducing the line-up of the Supreme Council and Exco of the UTM Volunteer Club session 22/23 as well as the club activities that will be organized throughout this session. The session is on 4th November 2022. From this session, I got to know more things about this volunteer club and how the club organizes.
This program is under Mandarin Club (KBM). This KBM student activity session involves students who register as members of this club only. During my participation in this program, I felt very happy because I was able to meet many people who have the same interests as me. I am very interested in learning a new language because for me it is an advantage for me in the future. while in this program, we are divided into several groups randomly.
I super enjoy joining this program, even though this program is conducted online, and need to perform for each game but the games work so smoothly as everyone enjoys it. Firstly, we need to answer some questions related to Chinese things based on what we learned to from the previous class. Next, we play some games that test our knowledge immediately. We need to find any object that there wanted, and the instruction was in mandarin. After that, we learn a lot about the symbolism of Chinese festivals.
I am honored to be a part of UTM student. I started my first semester at the University Technology Malaysia and the first half of my second semester involved online learning, which has been a common teaching strategy since COVID-19 hit the scene. To be honest, this is the first time I've encountered this circumstance. It was initially a little awkward and challenging for me to adjust to. Alhamdulillah, I was finally given the chance to come to UTM and study in person in the middle of semester 2. Because of that, I am extremely grateful for the chance to collaborate with others in order to succeed in the programme "UTM Goes to Batu Pahat" under the aegis of the subject of Commercialization Technology. I learnt a lot of things and face challenges here. This programme helps to indirectly recreate the social atmosphere of hanging out with lots of people after spending so much time not meeting new people. I was able to better understand and learn about how a programme is successful from beginning to end in addition to making and getting to know new friends.
