Dr.Azurah has divided us into 4 and 5 members for our group assignments. I was placed in Group 6 alongside Nasrul, Puteri Eleeya and Malleylene and myself . I would like to express my gratitude to my group members , as we have all worked together to complete all the group assignments which include teamwork. A very good bonding between our group members was formed which makes us easier to communicate and work together flexibly.
While conducting all the assignments and projects, I learned and was able to improve my interpersonal skills such as speaking and listening to others. I can exchange and share ideas with my group as group members give their ideas as well as the advantages and disadvantages of each approach. This style of teamwork benefits all the assignments and allows me to rebound around ideas to find the best fit. During our group discussion, I also learned on how to accept the feedback, respect, and empathize with the viewpoints of others. Other than that, I managed to think creatively and come up with an innovative solution to organizational problems. “Completing a difficult project and seeing it through to the end” is the tagline that has motivated us to complete all the assignments. Moreover, I learned that working well as part of a team is my responsibility as a group member to complete all the assignments.
Finally, I would like to thank my classmates for being supportive and assisting us in explaining things we do not understand while completing all the assignments. Thank you to all who directly and indirectly helped us to complete our assignments.
