At the end of this semester 1, I could find out the improvement necessary for me to improve my potential in the industry. Furthermore, my strategy to improve my protentional in this industry is to study and work smart. I learnt that personal development skills are fundamental because they enable me to design strategic and tactical strategies for professional progress that will help me to perform well in industry. So, I plan to join and participate in many activities that can help to improve my interpersonal skills. I hope that my self-discipline helps to control my desires to stay focused to achieve my goals.
