The action i will take to increase my potential industry is by participating in all types of leaderships programs in order to enhance my leadership skills. This the way that i can improve my hard skills. Hard and soft skills are the important thing that everyone need to have to contribute to their industry. In that case, i think this both skills are important for a person. By participating in competitions, i am able to lengthen up my chain with a lot of skills which makes me to figure out which am i good at. Learning hard and soft skills makes me to solve all kinds of problems in and out of the classroom.
